How to order onlne with La Maison

Ordering online is easy! Just follow the steps below, and you'll have your first order placed in no time at all. If you have any problems along the way, don't hesitate to call us on (02) 9564 1555 and one of our staff will talk you through the process.

Step 1: Create an Account

To create an account, click on the "Register" link on the top-right section of the website. You'll need to fill in the form that appears, and be sure to include all relevant details. If you're a retail customer, you don't need to enter Company or ABN details. Your password needs to be at least six characters, and you must correctly enter the validation code shown on the form.

If you're a Wholesale buyer (i.e. you have a Retail Shop, or you are an Interior Decorator) and wish to gain access to the wholesale pricing, please ensure to fill out your ABN and Company details. You will gain access to the wholesale pricing once we have approved your account.

Once you've submitted the form, check your email for an activation code and you're nearly there!

Step 2: Confirm your Account and Login

To prevent spam and malicious accounts being created, you'll need to activate your account before you can login. To do this, check the email that you used to signup. There will be a welcome message, and you simply need to click on the link contained in the email.

Once that is done, click on the "Login" link on the website, sign in with your details, and you can start ordering!

Step 3: Selecting products to order

Ordering products with us is similar to the way you would order products on other websites. When you are browsing the main product information, you can choose the size (on some pieces), finish and quantity of the piece you would like, and then click Add to Order. At any point you can click on "View Order" to get a comprehensive look at what is currently in your order, remove items, or change the quantity of items.

Step 4: Completing your order

Once you are happy with the items selected in your order, click on "View Order". Fill out the relevant information in the rest of the form, and click "Proceed to Checkout". Please note that the delivery cost is purely an estimate, and may vary significantly to the actual amount.

Fill out the rest of the required details, paying careful attention to delivery details if you require your goods to be delivered. Once you click on "Submit Order", you're done! A La Maison staff member will receive your order, and will contact you shortly to confirm and arrange pickup or delivery. You will receive an email confirming your order, and also emails to update the status of your order.
